Become a Sponsor

This is year 16 for Bras for the Cause and we’re excited to have contributed so much to Hunt Regional Healthcare and to help cancer patients in Hunt County.

Sponsorships start at just $250 (we gladly accept more!), but donations of any amount are welcome and very helpful. If we have it by September 9th, you will receive the recognition of your logo on our bra graphic in addition to all the other ways we thank our Sponsors (like those delicious cookies and yard signs).

WHAT RECOGNITION DOES SOMEONE GET AS A SPONSOR?

We love our Sponsors! And work hard to show our appreciation. Here’s what we do….

  • All Sponsors will receive a yellow yard sign to place in front of their home or business. These are clearly different from our pink signs to publicize the event.
  • All Sponsors who have their payments to us by the Early Bird deadline of September 9th, will be recognized with their logo or their name on our “Early Bird Bra” Graphic, which will be featured in social media and posters. WE MUST HAVE PAYMENT. A Commitment Form is great but won’t get the Early Bird recognition. We’re very firm on that.
  • ALL Sponsors will receive a thank-you gift the week before the event. Included in this will be a bright yellow Sponsor sash to wear the night of Bras for the Cause. This way, all attendees know who the Sponsors are.
  • All Sponsors are listed on signs placed at strategic locations around Downtown Greenville the night of the event, as well as on Facebook and on the screen before the awards ceremony.

WHAT DOES THE MONEY GO TO?

All money raised will go to support projects directly benefitting cancer patients in Hunt County:

  • Janice’s Closet, an ongoing project of Bras for the Cause that provides wigs, mastectomy bras, prostheses and other supplies to cancer patients referred to the program. Everything is free of charge to the patients.
  • The rest of the money goes to various major equipment purchases that Bras for the Cause, in consultation with Hunt Regional Healthcare and the Hunt Regional Foundation, decides are needed to provide services to cancer patients – both women and men. In the past, Bras for the Cause purchased a 4DCT scanner, Ultra-violet Sterilization Towers, and Vein Finders for the Cancer Center. They also purchased the upgraded Tubby Adkisson Mobile Mammography Coach.
  • The newest project is Breast Boards for the Radiation Department at the Jack & Lou Finney Cancer Center. Breast boards allow breast cancer patients who require radiation treatment to lie still in often awkward positions. We are purchasing two boards, all accessories and a storage rack for the Radiation Department of the Cancer Center.
